I recently purchased a condo in Yarmouth Bluffs after a 3 year search for a suitable property for my retirement. Carol Ann Doucette has been my buyer agent since I started my search. I am writing to tell you how satisfied I was with her services throughout the entire process. Carol Ann brings many qualities to the table but the ones I valued the most highly were her adaptability, responsiveness and knowledge. First of all, despite a long list of requirements, she was very patient, supportive and willing to work with me the way I wanted to work. When I had questions or needed an address she had my info by return e-mail. When I wanted to see a property she had had the showing scheduled in a timely manner. She provided mls listings of interest to me as she saw them. Alerting me quickly to the listing for the Yarmouth Bluffs property and scheduling the showing for the next day was no doubt a critical factor for securing this condo by the end of the week.
All of the people that Carol Ann recommended for the various jobs that needed to be done once I found the property I wanted to purchase were first rate. The anxiety inherent in purchasing real estate was minimal due to the professional approach taken by all. Carol Ann’s effective use of all available technological resources was always timely and helped make the search and then the purchase proceed very smoothly. The Re/Max MLS listing format was very helpful. I got quick answers via her I Phone and scanned documents via e-fax for me to sign, scan and return. In summary, I was extremely satisfied with Re/Max and Carol Ann as my agent and would recommend her without any reservation to friends needing a buyer agent.
