The Power of Staging!
As the real state industry becomes more sophisticated, there is a growing trend toward pre-sale preparation that takes place in the home. This process is known as staging. As a nationally accredited home staging specialist, I have the skills to highlight the home’s positive features for a prospective buyer. This includes de-cluttering, de-personalizing and re-organizing the layout of rooms and furnishings. I can also select paint colors and create vignettes (settings) to attract the buyer’s attention to better visualize themselves as the new owners of your home . Staging is optimizing the look of a home in order to maximize the sale price. My aim is to transform a lived-in home to a home that is “ready to sell”. The National Association of Realtors states that staged homes are on the market a shorter time and sell for higher prices. As part of my listing services, I now offer my clients my staging expertise, a value of up to $300 as part of my listing package. I am excited to be able to provide this service and have already seen positive results from having my listings staged. All homes, no matter what price range, can benefit from staging.
